Use the booking form on our accommodation page, the event form on our events page, or simply message us on WhatsApp. We confirm every request by email or phone.

+Where are you located?

We are based in Entebbe, Uganda. Contact us for directions and we will be glad to guide you in.

+Do you sell crafts internationally?

Yes. Enquire about a specific product and we will share availability, pricing and shipping options.

+How does my visit support the community?

A portion of revenue from stays, dining, events, tourism and craft sales is reinvested into programs that empower women, youth and underserved communities.

+Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Of course. Just let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp or by email and we will happily adjust your dates.

+Do you cater for groups and dietary needs?

Yes. We host families, tour groups and organizations, and our kitchen can accommodate most dietary requirements with notice.
